This conditioning program is specifically designed to build your strength. This program has been created to better your results in the POPAT, PARE and SOPAT and will also help you learn proper lifting techniques while on duty and carrying your kit.
Our training programs are specifically created to build your strength and endurance for the POPAT, PARE or SOPAT. You will have access to your trainer during your workouts and you will be provided videos, photos, and exercise descriptions throughout your training.
