Tenacity will create a custom program for you to use in home, gym, park or any preferred training location based on your training goals. Each program will be custom to each individual. Personal training is a great way to reach your personal fitness and health goals. Tenacity will talk to you about your goals so we can create a custom program that is specific to you. This way Brooke will know exactly what you are looking for in your training. Each program is customized to each individual client.





Nutrition can be confusing and complicated that is why I am here to break it down for you and to support you in your journey back to better health. My name is Brooke Toop and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in plant-based nutrition. I myself am vegan and I am very passionate about the plant-based lifestyle that is why I have decided to specialize in plant-based nutrition. Plant-based eating is not a trend it is a lifestyle. I am here to support you in feeling your best while eating delicious, nutritious plant-based foods that nourish the whole body and mind. During our sessions, we will discuss in detail your current state of health and your main concerns and complaints so I am able to create you a program specific to you and your goals and needs. 

Sessions can be done by phone calls, 

video chats (face time or Skype), or by email, I would love to connect with you and support you in reaching your goals and getting your health back.

Tenacity’s Action plan

Getting started is the hardest part, once you’ve made the commitment to yourself to get your health back that’s where and when it all begins. By working together I will address and support your health concerns by figuring out the root cause of these problems. This will allow you to see results and learn new habits that you can carry with you during your day to day life.

Life gets busy and sometimes we fall off the wagon! Don’t worry I can help you get back on track. If you have purchased any of Tenacity’s nutrition packages before then you are eligible for this follow-up consultation.
