About our Bootcamps!


Welcome to Tenacity Health and Fitness— a place where you will be inspired, encouraged, guided and supported into your health and fitness journey.




As we all know 2020 has been about adapting and trying to make the most of every situation. Usually in the fall Tenacity Bootcamps go indoors, however this year due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer our indoor bootcamps, instead, we will be offering virtual live bootcamps! We are so excited to keep you going through the winter virtually until we can get outside again and enjoy the fresh air.



What Bootcamp will look like:
Tenacity bootcamps will be all bodyweight with the option to use mini resistance bands (we sell mini bands that have only been used 4x and some have not been used at all, if you are interested in purchasing a band please leave it in the comment section), you can also add in weights that you have at home. Your trainer will give you options on how to add in your equipment if you are wanting to use your weights etc.



Our focus:
Tenacity bootcamps are focused on functional movement patterns, meaning our bootcamps are created to help you get stronger in all of your activities inside and outside of Bootcamp, including your average day to day activities. We always always always like to mention that ALL fitness levels are welcome, we have modifications for every exercise, stretch, and so on. Tenacity bootcamps are an incredible way to support your mental, physical and overall health.



Set up:

We will provide you with a step-by-step on how to get set up on your computer, tablet, or phone so that virtual Bootcamp can be an easy transition. If you miss a session that's okay it happens, we will have them recorded so you can go back and watch them!



Tenacity bootcamps will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00-6:50 pm ! However, as mentioned above since they will be recorded you can do the bootcamps anytime before Sunday each week!







$50 for 4 weeks per household. 


Dates: Tuesday & Thursday


Week 1: June 8 & June 10

Week 2: June 15 & June 17

Week 3: June 22 & June 24
Week 4: June 29 & July 1

(Virtual Bootcamps can be done any time by Sunday through the recording)
