With summer around the corner, let's build those glutes up! 

Train with Tenacity for 4 weeks to help build, strengthen and shape your glutes! The workouts and meal plans are created by Brooke Toop, a Certified Personal Trainer, and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. 


The glute workout program can be done anywhere! Please let us know if you train in a gym, outside, or at your house and we will adjust your program accordingly. 

The meal plan that is included in this program is to help ensure you are fueling your body with all of the essential nutrients to support the muscles as they grow! Regular and vegan options are available.


Coaching is available throughout the 4 weeks of this program to ensure you are staying on track and to answer any questions you may have.
