About our Bootcamps!

Tenacity bootcamps are more than just a bootcamp it is a community of incredible people working towards their own personal goals with our supportive bootcampers!

Nothing beats working out with a great group of people who are encouraging, supportive, tenacious and welcoming! Tenacity bootcamps are a fun way to enjoy exercise that improves your strength, endurance, mental health, and so much more! Tenacity Bootcamps are geared around functional movement exercises that normally include the use of the TRX suspension trainer, battle ropes, medicine balls and more! However due to COVID-19, we will only be using bodyweight, but don’t worry I love getting creative and coming up with fun functional workouts for us to do with or without equipment. 


Each workout will be different and each workout will have you leaving with a smile on your face! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Intake forms for new 2020 Tenacity Bootcampers:

Please fill out intake forms and send back to tenacityhealthandfitness@gmail.com before Bootcamp starts. We can also arrange to pick up/drop off for the intake forms. If you are paying by email transfer, we will send you the intake forms. 



All Bootcamps/Core classes are a final sale and are non-refundable.
