Tenacity bootcamps are more than just a bootcamp it is a community of incredible people working towards their own personal goals with our supportive bootcampers!

Nothing beats working out with a great group of people who are encouraging, supportive, tenacious and welcoming! Tenacity bootcamps are a fun way to enjoy exercise that improves your strength, endurance, mental health, and so much more! Tenacity Bootcamps are geared around functional movement exercises that include the use of the TRX suspension trainer, battle ropes, medicine balls and more! Each workout will be different and each workout will have you leaving with a smile on your face! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Hi team! Our Bootcamps are on hold at this time due to COVID-19.

Please keep checking in for updates on our bootcamps.


On a positive note, I am posting workout videos on Tuesdays and Thursdays on our “Tenacity-Crew” Facebook page that you can do from your own home. I HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of these at-home workouts to support our mental, physical and overall health.
