Welcome to Tenacity Health and Fitness— a place where you will be inspired, encouraged, guided and supported into your health and fitness journey.

What Bootcamp will look like:
Tenacity bootcamps will be all bodyweight during this time of slowly starting back up!
Tenacity bootcamps are focused on functional movement patterns, meaning our bootcamps are created to help you get stronger in all of your activities inside and outside of Bootcamp, including your average day to day activities. We always always always like to mention that ALL fitness levels are welcome, we have modifications for every exercise, stretch, and so on. Tenacity bootcamps are an incredible way to support your mental, physical and overall health.
Tenacity Bootcamp will be in person in Lavington Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00pm - 6:50pm
$55 total for 4 weeks

$50 total for 4 weeks 2x a week for the household!
