What Bootcamp will look like:
Tenacity bootcamps will be all bodyweight however you can add in weights and bands just let us know you have them and we will add options for you!
Tenacity bootcamps are focused on functional movement patterns, meaning our bootcamps are created to help you get stronger in all of your activities inside and outside of Bootcamp, including your average day to day activities. We always always always like to mention that ALL fitness levels are welcome, we have modifications for every exercise, stretch, and so on. Tenacity bootcamps are an incredible way to support your mental, physical and overall health.

$55 total for 4 weeks 2x a week per household
